Eric Ou is a seasoned culinary professional currently serving as both Corporate Chef and Director of Operations at HIG Management, and has held the same title at SEKUSHI BRAND since 2016. With a Bachelor's degree in Restaurant/Food Services Management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, Eric has diverse experience ranging from Head Chef at Nagoya to Executive Sushi Chef at SAMBA Brands Management. Previously, Eric also owned and operated Yellowtail Restaurant & Sushi Bar, and has been involved in operations at Urth Caffe since 2022.
