Paul Boudreau

Paul Boudreau is a seasoned professional in the plastics industry, with extensive experience in engineering and leadership. As the founder, President, and CEO of UrthPact since 2013, Paul has driven innovation in compostable materials to disrupt traditional plastics. Prior to this, Paul established Innovative Mold Solutions in 1997, focusing on design and engineering to enhance production and counteract the challenges of offshore manufacturing. Paul also served as Engineering Manager at Husky Injection Molding Systems from 1990 to 1996, where responsibilities included overseeing design and process development. Paul holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in Plastics from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, earned between 1980 and 1984.
