Cesar Costa

Cesar Costa has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Cesar started their career as a Customer Service Specialist at Ministerio de Salud Publica in 2001. Cesar then worked as a Product Sales Manager at Gibraltar Granite and Marble from 2003 to 2007. After that, they served as an Administrator at EXPLOTACIONES HOTELERAS ENTRERRIAS SL from 2008 to 2011.

From 2011 to 2019, Cesar worked at Altisource in different roles, including Analyst, Strategic Initiatives - IT; Assistant Manager, Supply Chain; Assistant Manager, Accounts Payable; and Manager, Strategic Sourcing & Procurement - IT. Their responsibilities included vendor selection, contract negotiations, cost reduction initiatives, and process improvement.

In 2020, Cesar joined TDT Consultants as the Vice President of Business Development, where they focused on providing integrated software solutions to clients globally. Cesar then moved to Uruit as a Business Development Manager, Senior Growth Manager, and finally as the Head of Growth & Partnerships. At Uruit, they collaborated with clients to create digital products that combine creative design and robust engineering.

Currently, Cesar is the Senior Business Development Manager at Nearsure, where they help North American companies accelerate IT projects by creating and managing flexible, remote-first software development teams. Their role involves providing distributed staff augmentation solutions and helping clients navigate the technology talent gap.

Throughout their career, Cesar has demonstrated expertise in business development, partnership management, procurement, and customer service.

Cesar Costa's education history begins in 1999 when they enrolled at Escuela de Administracion and studied Business Administration and Management, General, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in 2002. In 2013, they pursued further education at CCJ, obtaining a Project Management Professional certification. Continuing their education, from 2018 to 2020, Cesar attended Universidad Isabel I and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program with a focus on International Business. In 2022, they briefly attended Pragmatic Institute for a specialization in Product Management within the field of Computer Software Engineering.
