Alan Otani

Alan Otani has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting roles. Alan is currently the Senior Director - Asset Finance & Accounting Portfolio at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, where they manage acquisitions and sales of high valued assets and oversees the financials for flagship and regional centers and offices. Prior to this, they worked at Paramount Pictures as an Executive Director, managing the financial budget, forecast, and closes for the Domestic Home Media. Alan also worked as the Director of Finance, managing international home media financials and worldwide licensing deals. Before their time at Paramount Pictures, Alan worked at Mattel, Inc. as a Finance Manager, responsible for preparing annual overhead financial plans and improving the database system's efficiency. Alan also worked at Walt Disney Studios as a Finance Manager, overseeing a portfolio of home entertainment products that generated over $8B in annual sales and preparing forecasts and budgets. Alan started their career at Arthur Andersen, where they performed financial audits for various industries and assisted with preparing and reviewing disclosures to public company financial statements.
