Carole Karam

Carole Karam is an accomplished learning and human resources professional with extensive experience in education and program management. As the Group Learning Manager at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield from July 2014 to September 2016, Karam developed a human-centered learning strategy and designed various soft skills and management programs. Prior to that, Karam served as a Deputy Programme Specialist at UNESCO from January 2002 to January 2012, where responsibilities included creating and delivering bilingual project management training, overseeing deployment, evaluating activities, and managing financial aspects. Karam also contributed to knowledge management projects, focusing on user needs, and organized international education events. Educational qualifications include a DEA in International Relations from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and a DEUG in Foreign Languages and Civilizations from La Sorbonne.
