Eileen Hsu

Eileen Hsu, MBA, has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting roles. Eileen started their career as a G/L Accountant at Gatco Inc., where they were responsible for month-end closing, financial statements, bank reconciliations, and inventory analysis. Eileen also handled commission checks and sales reports for the CFO. Eileen then joined Robert Half International Inc. as a Financial Specialist, where they worked on consulting projects related to treasury finance and finance reporting for Westfield LLC. Currently, they are employed at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield as the Director of Finance, focusing on lead development finance and construction cost accounting. Eileen is also responsible for revamping FP&A reporting models and processes to accommodate system changes and organizational restructure, while continuously finding ways to improve efficiency.

Eileen Hsu has an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of California, Riverside - A. Gary Anderson Graduate School of Management. Eileen also holds a BS in International Business from Soochow University.
