Jess Gates

Jess Gates is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as Senior Recruitment & Talent Manager at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield since July 2023, Jess focuses on developing recruitment strategies, improving onboarding processes, and enhancing talent management initiatives. Prior to this role, Jess was Global Talent Acquisition Lead at Future, where the recruitment strategy was overseen for both the UK and global markets. Previous positions include Head Office Recruitment Manager at Screwfix, Global Recruitment Manager at Outdoor and Cycle Concepts Ltd, Recruitment Business Partner at Wiltshire College & University Centre, Recruitment Consultant at Hays, and Programme Co-ordinator at MacIntyre. Jess holds a PGCE in Education and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from Bath Spa University.
