Karolina Šustrová

Karolina Šustrová is the Director of Westfield Rise Central Europe, where they manage the business and teams across Czechia, Poland, Germany, Austria, and Slovakia, focusing on media, brand partnerships, and new revenue streams. Previously, they served as Head of Operating Management for Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, leading asset management and strategic initiatives. Karolina's early career included roles such as Vice-president for Marketing at CEMS Club Prague and internships at Procter & Gamble and Geti Trade S.A. They hold a CEMS MIM in International Management and have bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and International Business.
