Louise Haffenden

Louise Haffenden is currently the Managing Director, People, Northern Europe at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, where they oversee human resources strategies and initiatives. With a solid background in the real estate and retail industries, Haffenden has previously held roles as Senior HR Manager, HR Manager, and Employee Relations Advisor across various companies, including Debenhams and Arcadia Group Ltd. Haffenden has demonstrated expertise in HR operations, diversity and inclusion, and organizational design. Presently, they are pursuing a BA in Sociology and Social Policy at Newcastle University and an MSc in Management and Human Resources at the University of Bath.
