Derek Shipley

Derek Shipley has extensive experience in sales and support roles, beginning with a Sales Manager position at Dell from September 2001 to December 2008, where Derek led a team of sales professionals to achieve their goals. Following this, Derek served as a Sales Leader at West Business Services from June 2008 to October 2009, where significant productivity gains were made by ramping up a new team of 40 sales associates and enhancing customer satisfaction. From October 2009 to February 2011, Derek worked as a Sales and Service Advisor at TDS, and is currently in an IS Support role at US Cellular-Answer Wireless. Derek holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Liberty University, earned between 1989 and 1994.
