D'Juana Stephens

D'Juana Stephens has over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as a Network Provisioner at US Cellular-Answer Wireless since January 2011. In this role, D'Juana is responsible for updating network infrastructure and managing the procurement of various circuit types, including DS1, high-bandwidth, and Ethernet, while maintaining daily communication with Local Exchange Carriers (LECs) to resolve service issues. Prior to this position, D'Juana worked as a Network Engineer at Verizon Business from January 1996 to November 2009. D'Juana holds a Master’s degree in Management from Southern Nazarene University, which was completed between 2003 and 2005.
