Dustin Kennison

Dustin Kennison has worked in a variety of roles in the past 15 years. In 2018, they began working as a Managed Services Engineer for US Cloud. Prior to this, they were a Managed Services Engineer and Support Engineer for Fpweb.net from 2015 to 2018. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Sales Consultant for Dean Team Automotive Group. From 2013 to 2014, they were a Team Lead Supervisor and Technical Support Supervisor for Convergys. Dustin'srole included technical support with various networks, device troubleshooting and warranty support for smartphones. Dustin started out as an Entry Level Support Agent and moved up to Technical Support Supervisor within 3 months. Dustin also oversaw and supported Agents with technical solutions as well as taking escalated calls. From 2010 to 2013, they were a Manager for Cecil Whittakers, where they oversaw team members for daily operations, tracked inventory to make sure sufficient ingredients were on hand daily, and handled any customer complaints. From 2005 to 2010, they were a Manager for Pizza Hut, where they oversaw team members for daily operations, tracked inventory to make sure sufficient ingredients were on hand daily, and handled any customer complaints.

Dustin Kennison attended Crystal City High School from 2003 to 2007, graduating with a Diploma. Dustin then attended Jefferson College from 2009 to 2010, studying Basic Skills and Developmental/Remedial Education.
