Rob Kramer is the Director of Pool Administration at Sedgwick and has been with the firm since 2020. With extensive experience in the administration of self-insurance programs, Rob has also served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for US Cryotherapy since 2011. Prior to this, Rob was the President of the Administration Practice at Bickmore Risk Services from 1990 to 2019. Rob holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame, and has earned a JD from McGeorge School of Law and an MBA from California State University, Sacramento.
