Todd Kramer

Todd Kramer is the Co-Owner and Corporate Director of Operations at US Cryotherapy, where they have been instrumental in expanding the company to five corporate retail locations and 18 franchises since 2011. They oversee operations across various departments, manage retail projects, and support business growth initiatives. Prior to their current role, Todd held positions in risk management and safety consulting, including at Travelers Insurance and Springfield Insurance, where they developed and implemented safety programs. Todd earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Risk Management from Sacramento State College of Business Administration and holds an Associate in Risk Management certification.
