Jayena Boldt

Jayena Boldt has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jayena currently serves as the Inventory Control Manager at Core Health & Fitness, where they oversee the inventory management of commercial fitness products. Prior to this role, they worked as the Quality and Compliance Manager at US Digital, leading the implementation of ISO certification and facilitating process development and improvement between departments.

Before joining US Digital, Boldt was a Business Analyst III - Consultant at VanderHouwen & Associates, where they played a key role in upgrading the Lawson system. Jayena also worked as a Sr. Operations Business Analyst at US Digital, specializing in custom product shipments and utilizing Lean processes.

Earlier in their career, Boldt worked at Nautilus, where they held various positions. As an Operations Trainer, they assisted in documentation and training for departments within Operations, such as transportation and inventory control. Jayena also served as an Inventory Analyst/Buyer/Planner, where they developed inventory processes and trained staff on daily procedures and controls.

Overall, Boldt possesses strong experience in inventory control, quality management, business analysis, and process improvement across multiple industries.

Jayena Boldt attended Clark College from 1997 to 2002, where they pursued General Studies. Jayena did not obtain a specific degree during this time. In addition to their college education, they have also obtained several certifications. In 2017, they completed the OSHA 30 Hour General Industry certification from Summit Training Source - A Member of the HSI Family of Brands. Jayena also obtained the Lead Internal Auditor ISO 9001:2015 certification from CALISO Corporation in 2016 and the Lead Internal Auditor ISO 9001:2008 certification from the same institution in 2013.
