Beginning as the Dream Team Director at Camp Elkanah in 2006, Ruby has since served as a Youth Development Volunteer with the Peace Corps and Camp Director at Bilimkana Foundation. Other notable positions include Youth Internship Mentor at The Nature Conservancy and EFL Instructor & Advisor at the American University of Central Asia. Ruby's recent roles include Program Analyst at the US Environmental Protection Agency, focusing on Superfund site remediation enforcement, and Project Consultant for Oregon's Kitchen Table, enhancing community outreach.
