Aftab Ali

Aftab Ali is a mechanical engineering professional with a diverse background in sustainability and engineering roles. Currently serving as the Deputy Manager of Sustainability at US Group since November 2022, Aftab has previously held positions as a Mechanical Engineer and Trainee Engineer at Sapphire Fibres Limited from January 2019 to November 2022. Early career experience includes a Trainee Engineer role at Zahoor Die Casting Co. Lahore, where Aftab gained hands-on experience with high-pressure die casting facilities, as well as internships at Pakistan Railways and Style Textile, focusing on turbo machinery and HVAC maintenance, respectively. Aftab holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Taxila, completed in 2017, and an FSc in Pre-Engineering from GC BWN, completed in 2013.
