Ali Haider

Ali Haider has extensive experience in human resources and management, currently serving as Assistant Manager HR at US Apparel & Textiles since November 2010. In this role, Ali is responsible for planning and administering compensation programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations, and assisting with cost analysis using advanced Excel techniques. Additional responsibilities include interviewing job applicants, promoting workforce diversity, managing labor relations functions, and verifying payroll and benefit data accuracy. Prior to this position, Ali worked as an Assistant Accountant at Rana Brothers from February 2009 to January 2010, focusing on account maintenance. Ali holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the Institute of Administrative Sciences at the University of the Punjab, Lahore, obtained between 2010 and 2012.
