Deb Socia is a leadership development consultant who is currently enjoying retirement. They have held various significant leadership roles, including Dean of Curriculum and Program at Cambridge Rindge and Latin School from 1999 to 2003, and as Founding Principal of Frederick Middle School in Boston from 2003 to 2010. Deb served as President and CEO of The Enterprise Center from 2019 to 2024 and was Executive Director of Next Century Cities from 2014 to 2019. They currently contribute to several organizations, including the Mayor's Council on Disability in Chattanooga and various boards, such as the Community Broadband Action Network and the Epilepsy Foundation of Southeast Tennessee. Deb earned a Master's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction from Lesley University from 1997 to 1999.
