Candace Pace

Candace Pace has extensive experience in customer service and project coordination, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a CSR and Auditor at Neovia Logistics since April 2019, and previously at XPO Logistics, Inc. in similar roles, Candace excels at handling customer inquiries, dispatching delivery trucks, and resolving complaints. As a Project Coordinator at USIG, responsibilities included overseeing flooring projects for Home Depot stores and managing installation crews. Prior experience includes roles at Vonage Business as a Porting Specialist and Account Manager, and at Custom Flooring Installations in various capacities, including Project Coordinator and Warranty Administrator. Candace holds an Associate’s Degree from The Art Institute of Atlanta and has developed strong skills in customer communication, problem-solving, and project management throughout their career.
