Ken Williams has over three decades of experience in communications and system engineering, currently serving as a System Engineer at the Joint Staff, J8, Deputy Director Command, Control, Communications and Computers since March 2011. Prior to this role, Ken Williams spent 20 years as a Communications Officer in the U.S. Marine Corps, from May 1976 to May 1996.
