Aaron Kulp

Aaron Kulp is a Lieutenant Commander in the Civil Engineer Corps with extensive experience in engineering and management roles. They began their career as a Drafter at Chugach Alaska Corporation and progressed through various engineering positions, including Associate Engineer roles at the City of Indio and the City of Palm Desert, and Design Engineer positions at HDR and PACLAND. During their service in the US Navy, Aaron held several key roles, including Assistant Public Works Officer and Detail Officer in Charge. They earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from Saint Martin's College and a Master's degree in Infrastructure Planning and Management from the University of Washington.
