Aron Watson

Aron Watson has over seven years of extensive experience in Navy MWR, working at sites including NSA Mid-South, CNRSW Metro San Diego Bases, NAWS China Lake, and NAF Atsugi, Japan, in various departments such as Community Recreation/Special Events, Liberty, and Aquatics. Watson has also held multiple roles in YMCA Aquatics across Minnesota and Wisconsin, including lifeguard and Aquatics Manager Intern. They earned a Master of Science in Recreation Management from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and a Bachelor of Science in Recreation, Parks, and Leisure Services from Minnesota State University, Mankato. Additionally, Watson is a Certified Festival and Events Manager through the University of Minnesota, actively seeking new opportunities to expand their skill sets and knowledge.
