Austin Fleming

Austin Fleming is a current LCDR and Department Head in the US Navy, having served in various roles including LT, LTJG, and ENS where they managed IT personnel and equipment aboard the USS McCampbell (DDG 85). Austin participated as a Saratoga Fellow at The John Jay Institute, gaining interdisciplinary insights necessary for principled military leadership. They earned a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
