Bill Strang

Deputy Program Manager Chem/Bio Naval Aviation

Bill Strang is currently the Deputy Program Manager for Chemical Biological Radiological and Nuclear Defense Individual Protective Equipment at the United States Navy, overseeing a program budget exceeding $25 million. Prior to this, they served as a Program Manager at Marine Corps Systems Command from 2003 to 2008, where they were the subject matter expert for CBRNE topics and managed significant R&D projects. Bill's military career spans 22 years with the United States Marine Corps, primarily as a Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical Officer, providing expertise in various supervisory roles. Bill earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology and Social Psychology from SUNY Brockport and holds a Master's Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University, with an additional Master's Degree in Business/Program Management currently in progress at Strayer University.
