Blake Garner has extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management within the military. Beginning a career with the US Navy in November 2009, Blake Garner held various positions, including Assistant Supply Officer on the USS Howard (DDG 83) and later as Supply Officer and Department Head on USS Portland (LPD 27) and Special Boat Team Twenty. Blake Garner served as the Assistant Air Logistics Officer at CTF-53 and as Regional Fuels Director at NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka. Currently, Blake Garner serves as Logistics Officer at Navy Expeditionary Combat Command. Academic achievements include a Master's degree in Supply Chain Transportation and Logistics from the University of Washington, a Graduate Engineering Certificate in Petroleum Management from The University of Kansas, a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Nevada-Reno, and an MBA from The University of Kansas.
