Brandy Jones possesses experience in human resources and equal opportunity training, having served as a Human Resources Consultant at Colonial Transportation from June 2018 to August 2019, where responsibilities included hiring, recruitment, and employee staffing processes. Prior to this role, Brandy worked as an Equal Opportunity Specialist for the US Navy in September 2017, creating and facilitating training programs on harassment, discrimination, and emotional intelligence for over 10,000 personnel, resulting in a 30% increase in commitment and satisfaction.
