Bruce Black

Bruce Black is a Senior Information Professional Detailer with a distinguished 26-year career as a Naval Officer, including over 15 years in executive management roles focusing on IT infrastructure and service management. As the Commanding Officer at Naval Computer and Telecommunications Station Sicily, Bruce managed crucial IT operations supporting military communications. In current roles, Bruce serves as the Assistant Chief of Staff for C5I, leading teams during combat operations, and as Senior Information Professional Detailer, overseeing the distribution of Officers to commands while enhancing fleet operational readiness. Bruce holds a Bachelor of Science in History from the U.S. Naval Academy and two master's degrees in Information Technology Management and Strategic Studies.
