CAPT Victor Lin, MD, FAMIA, is a visionary health informatics leader and the current Solution Management Lead at the Defense Health Agency, where they manage system optimization for the world's largest instance of Electronic Health Record (Oracle/Cerner). With over ten years of experience in military health information technology, they have held key roles such as Chief Medical Informatics Officer for the Pacific Region and Clinical Informatics Fellow with the Department of Defense. A board-certified physician in family medicine and clinical informatics, they dedicated twenty-two years to supporting U.S. military medical readiness and caring for military families, including significant operational medicine experience with two combat tours.
