Carl Long is a Board Certified Physician Assistant with a diverse background in organizational leadership and talent management. Currently serving as the Navy Physician Assistant Specialty Leader, Carl advises the US Navy Surgeon General on healthcare delivery. In addition, Carl holds the position of Deputy Surgeon at Joint Special Operations Command, where recommendations are made to c-suite leadership to aid in risk mitigation. With experience providing family and operational medicine globally, Carl is dedicated to helping people succeed and enjoys coaching youth sports.
