CDR Robert Olson

CDR Robert Olson, PE, has extensive experience in civil engineering within the U.S. Navy, serving in various capacities since August 2001. Notable roles include Reconstruction Operations Officer for Multi-National Corps in Iraq and Director of Construction for NAVFAC Pacific in Southeast Asia. Olson has managed significant projects, such as the renovation of the New Sanno Hotel in Tokyo, and has held leadership positions overseeing facility operations across large campuses and supporting numerous tenants. Additional responsibilities have included teaching at the Naval Civil Engineer Corps Officer School and directing construction contracts at NAVFAC Far East. Olson holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from UCLA and a Bachelor of Science in Metals and Materials Engineering from the University of British Columbia.
