Chad Hamm

Chad Hamm is a seasoned Naval Officer with an extensive career in the US Navy, serving since September 1988. As a Commanding Officer and Staff CO/Assistant Chief of Staff at US Fleet Forces, Chad has effectively led teams and managed operations across various leadership roles. Experience includes directing a team of Naval Science Instructors at the Leadership Academy, responsible for developing and delivering courses to 570 Naval Officer students annually. Chad has also held roles including Operations Officer at Commander Undersea Surveillance, focusing on operational management and training programs, and Strike Force Interoperability Officer at NAVIFOR, recognized for innovative solutions in interoperability testing. As Officer In Charge of the Center for Surface Combat Systems in Norfolk, critical training was provided for over 10,000 personnel, enhancing combat operational readiness. A Bachelor of Business Administration degree was earned from Columbia College between 2008 and 2010.
