Charles Hallquist

Charles Hallquist is a Reactor Control Divisional Leading Chief Petty Officer at the US Navy, where they lead a division through evaluations and deployments while overseeing maintenance and training. Previously, Hallquist served as the Reactor Control Plant Leading Chief Petty Officer, where they guided their team in the safe operation and maintenance of reactor instrumentation. Hallquist has also contributed as a Nuclear Power School Class Director, managing the development and execution of courses for future nuclear operators. With extensive experience in nuclear physics and reactor engineering, Hallquist has driven significant curriculum changes and implemented critical programs within the Navy.
