Chet Seto

Chet Seto is an accomplished professional with extensive leadership and management experience across various sectors. As President of the US Naval Academy Alumni Association, Santa Barbara Chapter, since 2008, Chet Seto has been responsible for managing funds for the organization. In addition, as Managing Director of CJSeto Support Services since 1999, Chet Seto has focused on executive corporate management and relationship development with government and business partners. Chet Seto's military background includes serving in the US Navy Reserve as a CAPT (Retired), where responsibilities included unit commanding officer and P3 mission commander. Chet Seto also served as Hazardous Materials Program Manager for the County of Ventura from 1991 to 1996, overseeing hazardous waste disposal programs for multiple agencies. Earlier in career, Chet Seto held various engineering and management roles at BDM International, Inc., where involvement included classified programs for DARPA and USAF. Chet Seto holds a Bachelor of Science in Oceanography from the United States Naval Academy.
