Chip Laingen

Chip Laingen, CDR, USN (Ret.), M.P.A., is a military veteran and business executive with over two decades of experience as a U.S. Navy aviator and commanding officer. They currently serve as Corporate Vice President for LSI and Graduate Faculty at the Technological Leadership Institute at the University of Minnesota, where they instruct on security technologies and management. An accomplished author, Chip wrote "Laingen on Leadership," and has been involved in various leadership and advisory roles, including as Executive Director of Defense Alliance and a transition coach for veterans. Their educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the University of Minnesota and a Master's degree in Public Affairs from the Humphrey School.
