Foreign Area Officer at The United States Navy

Collin Fox is an experienced Foreign Area Officer in the US Navy, serving since May 2004 and having held various leadership positions, including responsibilities for air and maritime security cooperation with Panamanian Public Security Forces. Additionally, Collin Fox has served as a War College Student, Foreign Liaison Officer Program Manager, and Air Planner at Expeditionary Strike Group TWO. As a pilot, Collin Fox is qualified in multiple helicopter aircraft, with previous deployments aboard USS Harry S. Truman. Experience also includes acting as a Military Advisor for the U.S. Department of State and serving as a Search and Rescue Pilot and NATOPS Officer at Air Test and Evaluation Squadron THREE ONE. Educational accomplishments include a Master of Science in Naval and Maritime Science from Academia de Guerra Naval, an MSA in Operations Analysis, a certificate in Anti-Submarine Warfare from the Naval Postgraduate School, and a Bachelor of Science in History from the United States Naval Academy.
