Crystan McLymore

Crystan McLymore is a Surface Warfare Officer in the US Navy, currently serving as the Weapons Officer onboard the USS Cape St. George (CG 71). Crystan is a qualified Nuclear Engineer Officer, having completed the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program and earned a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from MIT, focusing on biomechanics and ingestible devices. Crystan gained practical experience serving on the USS Gerald R. Ford as the Reactor Mechanical Division Officer and previously earned the Surface Warfare Officer pin while serving aboard the USS Curtis Wilbur. Crystan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Mathematics from the United States Naval Academy and fulfilled a mathematics internship with Lockheed Martin.
