Daniel Cabel

Daniel Cabel is currently serving as the OUSD(R&E) Maritime Domain Portfolio Manager while also holding the position of Chief Technologist at the U.S. Navy. They have extensive experience in various roles within the Naval Special Warfare community, including SEAL Operator and Acquisition Program Manager. Prior to their current roles, Daniel worked as a Special Operations Liaison at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane Indiana and was a Joint Mission Support Director at URS. With a career spanning nearly four decades, they have demonstrated rapid response problem-solving skills and successful leadership in high-stakes environments.
