Dave McMunn

Dave Mcmunn is a distinguished professional with extensive experience in national security, maritime policy, and counter-terrorism. Since January 2002, Mcmunn has served as a Senior Fellow at the Foreign Policy Research Institute, specializing in terrorism and homeland security. Mcmunn's involvement with the Global Maritime and Transportation School dates back to 1998, including roles as a Board Member and Advisory Board Member. As the President and CEO of McMunn Associates Inc. since 1992, Mcmunn has built a reputation in consulting and advisory services. A retired Captain in the US Navy, Mcmunn also held the position of Vice President at Parsons from 2009 to 2012 and served as President of the Naval Intelligence Foundation in 2010-2011. Mcmunn holds a Certificate from Harvard Kennedy School and advanced degrees from Georgetown University and Saint Vincent College.
