David Levine is currently the Inspector General at U.S. Navy Region Europe, Africa, Central, a role they have held since 2023. Previously, Levine served as the Deputy Inspector General for the U.S. Navy from 2011 to 2020. In addition, Levine has been a Judge Advocate General in the United States Navy Reserve since 2002. Levine earned a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Society from Purdue University and a Juris Doctor, Magna Cum Laude, from Suffolk University Law School.
