Dean Asher

Dean Asher is a diagnostic radiologist currently practicing at Alabama Coastal Radiology, specializing in musculoskeletal and body MRI. Dean served as a staff radiologist in the U.S. Navy from 2009 until retirement in 2015, where they held various significant roles, including Chief of Musculoskeletal Imaging and director of a successful blood supply program during a deployment in Afghanistan. Dean completed a diagnostic radiology residency at the Naval Medical Center San Diego, earning their MD from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences and a BS in Physics from the United States Naval Academy.
