Devon Hockaday is a seasoned Naval Aviator with extensive experience in various leadership and operational roles within the US Navy since 2002. Hockaday served as a Joint Cyber Operations Planner at United States Cyber Command from April 2017 to June 2020 and held positions as Executive Officer and Commanding Officer at HSM Weapons School, Pacific Fleet from June 2020 to September 2021. Currently, Hockaday is the Operations Officer aboard USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71) from October 2022 to June 2025 and serves as the Director of Force Requirements at COMNAVAIRPAC since May 2025. Hockaday's earlier experience includes serving as Operations Department Head and Maintenance Department Head at HSM-78 in 2014. Hockaday holds a Master of Arts in Defense and Strategic Studies from Naval War College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Jacksonville University.
