Don Wanek, MBA, MA, is currently serving as an EComm Supervisory Principal at LPL Financial, leveraging over 20 years of experience in compliance and risk management within the financial sector. Previously, Don held various roles, including Compliance Officer and Director of Operations at multiple financial institutions, where Don successfully managed compliance across diverse teams and regions. A combat veteran and former Senior Chief Petty Officer in the US Navy, Don has extensive experience in intelligence operations and has contributed to significant military missions. Don also founded a consulting practice, The Crescere Agency, focusing on digital design and marketing.
