Doug Hampton is an experienced Program Manager and Military Veteran with an active Secret Security Clearance, boasting over 27 years of service in the United States Navy. Hampton specialized in electronics and project management, overseeing multifaceted teams and complex projects while ensuring operational readiness and quality assurance. Previously held positions include Electronics Technician, Electronics Program Manager, and Ships Maintenance Program Manager, where they directed maintenance and training programs for aircraft carriers. Currently, Hampton serves as the Director of Combat Systems Test and Evaluation at FINCANTIERI and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Purdue University Global.
