Doug Smith

Doug Smith is a Professor of Strategy and Policy at the U.S. Navy, where they have held this position since 1997. They also serve as the Head of the Strategy and Policy Division at the U.S. Naval War College, a role they have maintained since 1997. Previously, they worked as an Analyst at the Center for Naval Warfare Studies. Doug Smith earned their education from Florida State University, where they studied from 1966 to 2005.
