Greg Storer

Greg Storer is a results-driven leader currently serving as the Commanding Officer of the USS SPRINGFIELD (SSN 761). They have a proven track record in managing high-consequence programs and leading top-performing teams in operations, financial management, and Congressional engagement. With past experience as a Congressional Liaison at the US Navy Office of Legislative Affairs and as a Congressional Appropriations Liaison at the US Navy Budget Office, Greg specializes in training and development, advising senior government leaders, and managing significant program budgets exceeding $80 billion. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and are pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Finance at the Naval Postgraduate School.
