Harold Groff

Harold Groff is a physician at the U.S. Navy, a position held since 1996. Prior to this, they served as a civil engineer in the Navy Civil Engineer Corps from 1985 to 1996. Harold earned a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences and completed a Master's Degree in Epidemiology at San Diego State University. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Connecticut and a Master's degree in Construction Engineering and Project Management from The University of Texas at Austin.
