Heather Rowe has extensive experience in strategic communications and program management, particularly within the U.S. Navy and associated organizations. From 2003 to 2005, they served as a Productions Associate at Strategic Insight, Ltd., where they created publication materials and received multiple awards for their support of the LCS Program. They later held roles such as Senior Executive Assistant at the LCS Program Office and Program Executive Officer, Protocol Analyst at Alion Science and Technology, directly influencing significant Navy events. Currently, they are the Acting Director of Strategic Communications for the U.S. Navy, leveraging their expertise to manage critical communications efforts.
