Hope Ball

Hope Ball is a seasoned leader in the U.S. Navy, currently serving as the Senior Enlisted Leader for Commander Naval Surface Force Atlantic, where they oversee the readiness of medical departments for over 10,000 personnel. Previously, they held the position of Senior Medical Assessor at Military Sealift Command, managing a global team and enhancing medical readiness across multiple platforms. Hope's career began in 2003, and they have since demonstrated a commitment to excellence in healthcare compliance and team mentorship. They completed their education at Excelsior College between 2019 and 2021.
