James B. is an experienced operations and systems leader with over 19 years of leadership in mission-critical environments, currently serving as a Senior Leader in the U.S. Navy. They have directed enterprise-level initiatives with a focus on project management, process optimization, and electrical systems. As the Executive Director and Founder of Legacy 22, James led community outreach initiatives promoting educational equity and financial empowerment. They hold a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management, both from National University.
